Membership Rules

All members must adhere to the principles and objectives of NCA.

Membership applications are subject to approval by the Executive Committee.

Members are expected to actively participate in NCA programmes and initiatives.

Annual membership fees must be paid within the first quarter of each fiscal year.

Members have voting rights in the General Assembly after completing one year of membership.

Governance Rules

The Executive Committee shall meet at least once every month.

The Annual General Meeting shall be held within six months of the fiscal year end.

All major decisions require a two-thirds majority vote of the Executive Committee.

Financial audits shall be conducted annually by an independent auditor.

Committee members serve a term of three years, renewable once.

Programme Implementation

All CSR programmes must align with NCA's strategic objectives and values.

Programme proposals must be submitted to the Programme Committee for approval.

Regular progress reports must be submitted for all ongoing programmes.

Impact assessments must be conducted for all major initiatives.

Partner organizations must sign agreements outlining roles and responsibilities.

Financial Regulations

All donations must be acknowledged and documented properly.

Expenditures above NPR 500,000 require Executive Committee approval.

Financial reports must be shared with members quarterly.

Reserve funds must maintain a minimum balance equivalent to six months of operations.

All transactions must be conducted through official banking channels.

Ethical Standards

Members must declare any conflicts of interest in NCA activities.

Confidential information must be protected and not shared without authorization.

All communications must uphold NCA's reputation and values.

Discrimination of any kind is strictly prohibited.

Violations of ethical standards may result in membership termination.

Amendments

These rules and regulations may be amended by the General Assembly through a two-thirds majority vote. Any amendments will be communicated to all members within 15 days of approval.
